GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS (GTC) – REBELLAB
1. SCOPE AND PURPOSE
These General Terms & Conditions ("GTC") govern all offerings provided by RebelLab, including but not limited to 1:1 coaching, group coaching, workshops, retreats, yoga classes, and digital products such as ebooks. They apply to all services provided under the RebelLab brand, whether delivered in person or online, in Switzerland or abroad.
These terms apply to every method of registration or purchase (phone, email, website, SMS, etc.). The term “User” refers to any individual or legal entity who books, purchases, or participates in any RebelLab offering.
By using any RebelLab services, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these GTC. Any deviations or amendments must be agreed upon in writing. Should any provision herein be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
2. SERVICES
RebelLab offers a range of services including but not limited to yoga classes, leadership coaching, personal development workshops, corporate programs, retreats, and ebooks (collectively, the "Offer"). Services may be offered in-person, virtually, or in hybrid form.
3. PRICING, PAYMENT, AND REGISTRATION
3.1 General Terms
Current pricing is available on our website, flyers, social platforms, or by request. Registration becomes legally binding upon receipt of confirmation (via email, message, or in-platform notification) and/or payment. Unless otherwise noted, services can be canceled or rescheduled up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start.
Payment methods accepted: Stripe, TWINT, bank transfer, and in some cases, cash.
3.2 Passes and Drop-Ins
Passes: Valid from the date of purchase, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Missed classes without timely cancellation (minimum 30 minutes before start) will be deducted from the pass.
Drop-ins: Available without prior registration, subject to availability. Early arrival is recommended.
3.3 Donation-Based Classes
Charity events may be hosted on a donation basis, with proceeds handled by the individual instructor and forwarded directly to the selected cause.
4. SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Private coaching, online programs, retreats, and corporate workshops may be delivered by or in partnership with third-party providers. RebelLab disclaims responsibility for third-party event management, including cancellations, refunds, and service quality.
5. PARTICIPATION AND HEALTH
Participation requires prior registration. By registering, Users confirm they are physically and mentally fit to engage in the services provided. All participation is at the User’s own risk. If in doubt, medical clearance is recommended.
6. LIABILITY
RebelLab is liable for the delivery of services in accordance with statutory warranty obligations.
Participation may be declined if health conditions pose a risk.
Users enter RebelLab premises at their own risk. RebelLab is not liable for theft or loss of personal belongings.
RebelLab is not responsible for damages arising from the use or misuse of its services or content.
7. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
All contractual obligations are governed by Swiss law. The place of performance is Winterthur, Switzerland. Disputes shall first be submitted to arbitration in Zurich before any legal proceedings.
8. DATA PRIVACY
User data is treated with confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Photos or recordings may be taken during events and used for promotional purposes unless the User explicitly objects in writing.
9. COPYRIGHT
All materials provided by RebelLab—including website content, texts, graphics, and photographs—are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or commercial use requires prior written consent.
