True leadership begins with self-discovery. Only when we nurture our own growth, resilience, and purpose can we empower others to thrive—both in the workplace and in life.
Welcome to RebelLab.
This work exists to support people who function under pressure and want to lead, live, and decide from a regulated, grounded internal state rather than constant self-control.
RebelLab is not about fixing yourself but about restoring capacity.
My Perspective
My name is Nadja and I bring more than a decade of experience in corporate leadership and people development, combined with deep training in mindful leadership, nervous-system regulation, and embodied practices.
What shaped this work most, however, was not my professional background, but lived experience.
I have seen what chronic pressure and toxic leadership environments do to individuals and organizations alike. And I have lived what happens when a system keeps functioning long after it has lost internal stability.
This work emerged from that intersection: leadership reality and physiological truth.
Why Mindful Leadership Matters
Leadership does not fail because people lack ambition or competence. It fails when nervous systems operate in survival mode for too long.
In those states:
clarity narrows
empathy erodes
decision-making becomes reactive
teams feel the impact immediately
Mindful leadership, as I work with it, is not about being calm or nice. It is about internal regulation, presence, and responsibility that holds under pressure.
When the internal state changes, leadership behavior follows.
The Lead & Flow Foundation
All my work is based on my Lead & Flow Leadership Framework.
It is a regulation-based approach to leadership and self-leadership that integrates:
nervous-system capacity
embodied awareness
real-world leadership demands
At its core lies the HIP Method:
Healing – restoring physiological safety and capacity
Introspection – developing non-reactive self-awareness
Proprioception – grounding leadership in embodied presence
This framework informs my coaching, programs, and the RebelLab Self-Worth Journey App.
My Work in Practice
Originally from Berlin and now based in Greater Zurich, I work in English and German with individuals and groups.
My background in yoga and somatic practices informs this work, but RebelLab is not a yoga platform.
Movement, breathwork, and mindfulness are used strategically, not spiritually.
Whether in a private coaching space, a self-guided program, or a digital practice, the intention remains the same: To help systems settle, so clarity, agency, and leadership can emerge naturally.
Who This Work Is For
RebelLab is for people who:
carry responsibility
stay functional under pressure
are tired of managing symptoms
want depth without drama
This is not motivational coaching or self-help space, neither is it performance hacking.
It is capacity work for real life.
This work is not separate from my life. It grew out of it.
If you’re here, something in you already knows that pushing harder is no longer the answer.
We start from there.
