I am beyond grateful to have you on my website. I am here for you. To serve and support you on your path of self-discovery, through yoga, breathwork, exercise, and mindfulness. I was born and raised in Berlin, Germany and now live in Zurich with my Frenchie boy Cooper, where I teach Kundalini, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Breathwork and Hatha classes in German and English. I assist my students in knowing the joy and wonderment of integrating the mind and body.  I encourage an authentic and life-nurturing practice, one that brings greater consciousness to each moment and every movement of the body with a heavy emphasis on the breath.  I bring fun, acceptance, and a down to earth approach to my classes. 

I found my life’s purpose in helping people become happier and healthier through my own healing journey.   I was unable to self-calm, unable to make decisions, dysregulated, co-dependent, burnt out, and barely surviving. I untethered myself and began the journey towards healing, becoming self-aware, learning to love myself, uncovering my resiliency, and thriving to fulfill my purpose as a yoga teacher and mindfulness life coach.

I am devoted to continuously­­ learning, sharing, and radiating this knowledge for everyone to utilize and enjoy. The more I explore and learn, the more I’m able to share my wisdom in a new and vibrant light, it is a true blessing and honor to share that journey with my students and clients.
