1. SCOPE AND OBJECT OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to all services and products offered in the field of yoga and health (together the "Yoga Offer"), including regular yoga lessons, online offers, workshops, yoga holidays/retreats, corporate yoga, community classes. Our General Terms and Conditions are also valid in their entirety and supplement / deviate from them for courses or yoga holidays/retreats abroad.
These terms and conditions are applicable to the purchase of any services of the user, which are obtained in any way (by phone, email, internet, mobile, fax, etc.) from RebelLab. The user shall be any natural or legal person who uses services or products provided by RebelLab or who has registered with RebelLab to receive such services.
By using one or more services the user irrevocably agrees to the application of these GTC. Deviating conditions require our written consent. Any changes of the terms and conditions agreed upon in this way shall only be valid for the respective legal transaction, expressly not for follow-up transactions or new registrations after the end of a yoga offer or the respective event.
Should individual regulations be or become invalid, the remaining regulations remain valid. The ineffective regulation will be replaced by the legal regulation.
The following general terms and conditions apply to the execution of all yoga offers. At the latest with the binding registration these terms and conditions are considered legally binding and accepted and accepted by the user.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The services include the implementation and organization of yoga and yoga trips, yoga classes, online offerings, private lessons, corporate yoga and workshops at home and abroad. Services and products in the field of yoga and health design (together the "Yoga Offer") such as yoga lessons.
3. COSTS, PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The current costs of the yoga offer can be found on our website as well as on other online platforms, brochures and flyers or will be sent in writing upon request.
Registrations for all offers, are legally binding with their deposits by e-mail, online reservation, SMS, post or reservation payment. In the case of registrations by telephone, these will be confirmed by e-mail. Upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail from the user, these registrations are also legally binding and can be invoiced. Unless otherwise stated in the class, lessons can generally be booked and cancelled up to 30 minutes before the lesson.
The full payment for yoga classes/subscriptions is due before the start of each class. Unless otherwise agreed or stated, payment is made on the first day of class in the studio in cash, by twint or online via app or website.
3.1 Yoga lessons
RebelLab offers the user flexibility on the mat and with the price structure at registration. The lesson can be paid with a previously purchased RebelLab pass or in cash or, for certain lessons, by twint on site.
3.1.1 Pass (subscription)
A RebelLab Pass can either be purchased online with credit card. The pass is valid from the date of purchase. No refunds can be claimed for purchased passes, nor can the expiration date be postponed. The purchase is legally binding. The participant will receive a confirmation e-mail. In this mail the participant will also find a link with which he can unsubscribe from the lesson if necessary. Once a registration has been made, it can be cancelled via the online reservation system (website or app) at the latest minutes before the start of the class. In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, the class will be deducted from the subscription without notification.
Changes in the timetable or the teaching staff can be made at any time. There is no right to a refund. RebelLab reserves the right to cancel yoga classes - even at short notice - in case of illness of the teacher or unforeseeable yoga classes, or to have the class represented by an appropriately qualified person. RebelLab will make every effort to inform the participants as soon as possible via e-mail, SMS and/or a social media channel (Facebook, Instagram) about a cancellation, except for unforeseeable absences.
3.1.2 Drop
In The classes can also be attended without prior registration ("drop-in"). In this case we recommend to be in the studio at least 15 minutes before the start of the class. RebelLab cannot guarantee free places. RebelLab consists of different teachers who offer their classes at individual prices. We deliberately keep the prices low so that all classes can be attended.
3.1.3 Charity Special
Certain classes can be booked via the system without a passport. These are usually classes which are donation-based and where all the money raised goes to a charity. This means that a contribution is paid locally to the teacher. The teacher is responsible for paying the money to the charity as previously agreed.
3.1.4 Registration and booking, payment conditions/down payment/residual payment, cancellation conditions/cancellation fees, program changes
Price changes/adjustments, cancellations, early termination of the lesson by the user, liability, insurance and general terms and conditions are the responsibility of the teacher and the user. RebelLab excludes liability for the content of the published private lesson, its booking and execution.
4. PRIVATE LESSONS, ONLINE OFFER, TREATMENTS, WORKSHOPS AND YOGA HOLIDAYS / YOGA RETREATS AT HOME AND ABROAD
RebelLab enables the attendance of private lessons, online yoga lessons, treatment workshops, yoga holidays and retreats in Germany and abroad to use social media and other platforms to promote the event.
Registration and booking, terms of payment/down payment/residual payment, terms of withdrawal/cancellation fees, program changes, price changes/adjustments, cancellations, early termination of the event by the user, liability, insurance and general terms and conditions are the responsibility of the organizer. RebelLab excludes liability for these events, their booking and realization as well as for the content advertised on our platforms under certain circumstances.
5. ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Before participating in yoga lessons with a passport from RebelLab every user has to fill out an online registration. By accepting the GTC's, the user of any yoga offer confirms that there are no health concerns that would prevent the participation in the yoga offer of RebelLab.
Every user takes part in these courses on his own responsibility. It is at the discretion of the respective user to seek medical advice before participating in the lessons. Should a user have doubts about his or her health or mental aptitude to participate, it is recommended that he or she seek professional advice prior to registration.
The entire RebelLab Yoga offer is based on self-responsibility and normal mental and physical resilience and condition. In case of acute physical or psychological problems, a doctor should be consulted in advance to determine whether it is appropriate to use the yoga program at this time.
6. LIABILITY
6.1 The teaching staff and other organizers assume liability for the proper execution of the yoga offer within the framework of the legal warranty provisions. Any further liability, especially under the title of compensation for damages, is expressly excluded. RebelLab therefore assumes no liability whatsoever, in particular no liability in case of concealment of possible physical or mental ailments, which make participation in the yoga program appear inadvisable.
6.2 RebelLab reserves the right to refuse natural and legal persons, if RebelLab is of the opinion that the health or mental conditions for participation in the yoga offer are not met. Such refusal may be made at short notice or even during ongoing offers. In case of rejection the user will be reimbursed the course fee (proportionately).
6.3 The use of the course rooms and offers is at the user's own risk. No liability is assumed for valuables brought by users. RebelLab cannot be held liable for theft and loss of objects.
6.4 For all organized yoga offers in the RebelLab Studios or published by RebelLab, we exclude any liability for damages incurred. The user is therefore responsible for sufficient insurance coverage. RebelLab cannot be held liable for theft and loss of items.
6.5 As a provider of yoga offers we are responsible for our own content on our online platforms according to general laws. However, as a provider of yoga offers we are not obligated by law to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Liability claims against RebelLab for material or immaterial damages, which result from access or use or non-use of the published information, through misuse of the connection or through technical malfunctions, are excluded.
All offers on this website and other online platforms are without obligation. The author and RebelLab explicitly reserve the right to change, supplement, delete parts of the websites or the entire offer without separate announcement, or to discontinue the publication temporarily or permanently.
7. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE, PLACE OF JURISDICTION, VALID LAW
7.1 The registered office of RebelLab, jerrico GmbH, Thurgauerstrasse 144, 8152 Glattpark, is agreed upon as the place of performance for all obligations. The place of jurisdiction shall thus be Zurich/ZH.
7.2 Swiss law shall apply; for any disputes, a Zurich arbitration board shall be consulted in the first instance. Any further disagreements which cannot be resolved by the arbitration board shall subsequently be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective court in Zurich within the scope of their respective value jurisdiction.
7.3 Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Business and any individual contracts to be concluded be or become void, ineffective or contestable, the remaining (partial) provisions shall remain unaffected and shall then be interpreted or supplemented in such a way that the intended economic purpose is achieved as closely as possible from a legal point of view.
7.4 Oral collateral agreements are not made. Amendments and supplements to these GTC's and all membership contracts must be made in writing.
8. DATA PROTECTION
8.1 All data required for the transaction will be stored in accordance with the data protection regulations. It is a matter of course for us that we treat the users' data confidentially. RebelLab is committed not to pass on data in any way to unauthorized third parties and to protect them from unauthorized access. The detailed privacy policy can be viewed here.
8.2 Visual and audio recordings
At all yoga offers of RebelLab or its partners pictures and movies can be taken. These can be used commercially without the users' consent. RebelLab uses photos of events on its own website or on other online platforms on which users may be recognized. Should this happen against the will of a person, the user can order RebelLab to remove the person from the picture. Further and own claims cannot be asserted.

The web presence is subject to Swiss law. All rights reserved. All contents (texts, graphics and photographs) are subject to copyright and other laws protecting intellectual property. Contents of this site may not be used without written consent by RebelLab.
RebelLab reserves the right to change the privacy policy at any time without prior notice. If the user has questions regarding the privacy policy, he/she may contact nadja@rebellab.coach before using the services. Otherwise, the user automatically agrees to the Privacy Policy by using our services.
