Restorative Yoga
Find refuge from the fast pace of daily life in this Restorative class that rejuvenates your nervous system and balances out a fast-paced lifestyle. Each class utilizes props to assist with gentle and extended postures, and gravity to further open the body. You will unlock new space in the body and mind, enhance flexibility, and cultivate ease in overworked muscles.
With Restorative you will:
release tension and increase mobility
relieve pain from overused muscle groups in your hips, legs, back, arms and shoulders
reduce stress, improve your mood and quality of sleep
Transformational Breathwork
This is a holistic therapeutic practice that utilizes breathing patterns and techniques to improve your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This breathing journey will affect you overall state of mind and health, and aims to help you to release pent-up emotions, reduce stress, and increase feelings of calm, clarity and relaxation.
With Breathwork, you will:

Vinyasa Yoga
