My Mindfulness coaching is client-led and about observation, guidance, and accountability. Evidence-based positive psychology, somatic awareness, and self-healing exercises are used to help you reshape your body’s response, redirect your neural pathways, become aware of your own mind-body connections, and know you are supported. Creative tools including storytelling, visualization, and hands-on projects help you will feel energized and empowered. The use of holistic practices, such as meditation and rituals will help you stay grounded and present. Practical strategies will be used for goal setting and accountability. Community resources and relationship building continue the healing process through connection.

Change, transformation, and transition isn’t easy, however coaching will provide support as well as an open mind and heart, walking beside you and holding space. Coaching is not therapy. Although therapy is often needed, therapy focuses on analyzing the past and moves clients from dysfunction to baseline. Coaching can be used alongside therapy and focuses on the present, where you want to be, and what is getting in your way. Coaching moves clients from baseline to flourishing.

My coaching sessions are a collaborative process led by you, the client. Using a mindfulness based integrative approach of character strengths, hands-on creative tools, somatic approaches, and holistic self-rituals, my clients are guided through self-awareness, self-care, self-love, self-keeping, and self-efficacy to be able to write a new story of transformation that reflects the joy and purpose they have in their lives.

Coaching begins with the discovery of where you are at now in terms of your strengths, habits, behaviors, and relationships. Then we decide what needs to be changed and what you would like to transform. A plan is put in place to help remove the blocks that are standing in your way. Then you are provided with resources and tools to guide you through the transition and goals are set. Finally, through the use of gentle accountability, you begin to achieve your goals you set, putting you on the journey towards transformation and self-healing.

Coaching sessions include:

  • 1:1 60 minute video calls via Zoom or face to face

  • Follow up timeline summary and check-in communication

  • Homework, resources, and selected readings

Everything you are feeling might be frightening and intense but all of it, the feelings and sensations, including that “stuckness” or mental, physical, and emotional exhaustion is real and valid.
